The Hungarian Federation reveals the status of Barnabas Blank
The Hungarian Football Association revealed, in an official statement, the condition of its player Barnabas Varga, who suffered a serious injury during his country’s match against Scotland.
Varga suffered a serious injury. During his participation against Scotland in the third round of the group stage in Euro 2024.
Scotland goalkeeper Angus Gunn collided with Varga before the latter fell unconscious and then intervened. Medical staff treated him, and then he was transferred to the hospital.
The Hungarian Federation said that Varga's condition is stable, that he is conscious, and is now undergoing medical examinations at Stuttgart Hospital.
